Return Policy
Formal request to the Organizing Committee by e-mail to inscripciones@lacre2025.cl, the amount paid for registration to LACRE2025 will be refunded as follows:
- 80% of the amount paid up to 45 days prior to the start date of the event..
- 50% of the amount paid up to 30 days prior to the start date of the event..
- 0% of the amount paid up to 20 days prior to the start date of the event.
(*) You must prove your membership status with a valid certificate and send it to inscripciones@lacre2025.cl.
Terms and Conditions
- Registration entitles you to participate in any of the paper presentations, as well as in the lectures of the Scientific Program and Cocktail.
- Attendance at the congress will be certified. These certificates will be digital.
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make any changes to the program due to reasons such as the impossibility of attendance of speakers or guests due to force majeure.
- The participant and/or attendee authorizes the conference organizers to use photographs in which he or she appears exclusively for the purpose of dissemination during and/or after the event.
- The conference organizers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event due to force majeure beyond their control.
- The personal data of event attendees will be used exclusively for purposes related to specialty events.
